- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transformation & Change Management Expert (M/F/d) to join our team. The IT Transformation & Change Management Expert (M/F/d) supports the communication between the IT Leadership and the global IT team and other stakeholders, through the usage of focused change management initiatives & measures. This largely concerns the implementation of the IT strategy (oneIT). This global transformation refers to the continuous changes in the corporate IT environment, which are planned and accompanied by the job holder.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Director of IT Strategy and Transformation Management on all activities related to IT Transformation, Organizational Development, and Change Management, both globally (within the global IT team) and with other stakeholders
- Engage in IT strategy implementation, program and project support, and operational assistance, primarily focusing on communication and systematic change management and transformation processes
- Develop clear and concise communication and change management concepts, materials, and events for global usage to increase the readiness for changes in different IT areas
- Design and implement training programs to empower employees and leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change effectively
- Provide support for IT strategy implementation and organizational development through appropriate measurements

**Show your expertise**:

- Successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other equivalent disciplines (min. bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position or in projects with a focus on change management, organizational development, or transformation
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully executing complex change initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an affinity for IT, digital tools, and creating communication materials
- Result-oriented with a hands-on mentality
- Ability to work collaboratively and build consensus among diverse groups.
- Fluent communication in German and English language
