The Service Customer Care Specialist (M/F/d) will be part of the Service Customer Care Team and provide daily execution of required services quoting, ERP inputs, follow up to PO and later invoice of completed jobs. Cost and sales price calculation, tracking and analysis.

**As a Service Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- Quoting to internal and external customers
- Interaction with internal and external customers
- Coordination of calculation data for quotations with other departments
- Calculation of costs
- Creation of quotations for customers
- Order entry in SAP and follow up of orders.
- Invoicing
- Check of service reports
- Constant follow-up orders with customers
- Case management
- Customer Issue Resolution

- Be able to speak fluent English and German
- Be a strong team player
- SAP knowledge
- MS Office knowledge
