The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

PLEASE NOTE: As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

**Your position and environment?**

Our** Faurecia Interior System Business Group **is looking for you as a **Program Coordinator VIE (M/F/d) **for a new and exciting** **Development Program** **at our Site in** Peine (R&D Center) in Germany.**

**Your role and responsibilities?**

**She/he supports the Account Director on all following activities**:

- Support handover from Acquisition and lay the foundation of the new development set-up, staffing and structure in cooperation with the Program Manager
- Preparation of customer presentations and decision memos
- Coordinate program activities, set up and follow program master schedule (design, validation, industrialization), monitor progress according Program Management system and milestone deliverables
- Set up structure and coordinate global Engineering Change Management process
- Interact with Core and APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) Team members to establish and support program goals.
- Lead autonomously tasks and subprojects
- Liaise between departments to ensure engineering and quality needs are addressed
- Risk/opportunity analyses by supporting the development and implementation of appropriate action plans
- Assist in ensuring all cross-functional program teams understand their objectives and assignments
- Assist in organization of communications throughout the program lifecycle
- Assist in transition from Development-Center to Production Plant
- Contribute to meeting preparation with clients on the economic, timing and technical fields.

The mission will last **12 months** with an extension up to 24 months.- Engineer school degree
- Fluent in English
- First experience or significant apprentice/internship in industrial environment
- IT System basic knowledge (Excel, SAP etc.)
- Communication skills
