- ** To be eligible for the VIE program, you **must** be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree**

- The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world_

We are looking for an **Mechatronics Application VIE** who will provide support to the **Faurecia Automotive Seating - Seat Structure Systems Division**, and who will be based in **Hannover, Germany.**

The mission will last **12 months [renewable 12 more months.]**

**Here are the main responsibilities of this role**:

- Comparison between customer and Forvia specifications
- Support definition of Forvia standard specifications based on the OEM requirements and help creating a database approach with help of Software Polarion/Doors
- Support concept development of motors and actuators used in a seat structure
- Support Acquisitions of new projects
- Support the validation department concerning durability test, acoustic or other general electrical and mechanical measurements
- Support the prototype shop regarding new prototypes build and samples management
- Project and ECR / deviation management
- Design and definition of the Ripple compatibility of the DC motors
- Master's Degree/Engineering diploma in Mechatronic /Electrotechnical / DC Motors
- First experience in Design & Development within an industrial environment like the automotive industry
- First experience in the Project Management process
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fluent in English
