In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our clients' digital activities, ensuring their success, and fostering strong partnerships.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Connecting and networking.** As a bridge between our clients' headquarters and local markets, you will represent their interests while ensuring that local needs are understood and communicated back to HQ. You will protect and maintain our clients' brand image by ensuring that processes and guidelines are consistently met.
- **Breaking Down Complexity**: You'll work closely with development and technical support teams to translate complex technical information into clear and user-friendly instructions for end-users.
- **Supporting Teams Globally**:Through your expert guidance, you will empower our clients' local affiliates to become digitally proficient. You'll help them navigate content management systems, eCRM tools, tracking tools, and support them in managing their digital marketing activities.
- **Ensuring quality**. Quality is key, and you'll play a crucial role in meeting quality objectives and delivering excellent service. You'll proactively provide solutions to requests in a helpful and professional manner, effectively coordinating and managing requests and small projects with clients and partner agencies.
- **Relationships building.** Building positive and professional relationships with our clients and partners will be a cornerstone of your role, ensuring successful collaboration and mutual trust.

- You have a good understanding of digital technologies and ideally some experience in working with tools (preferably JIRA, CMSs, PIMs and/or DAMs) and/or in customer support. Experience in working within corporate environments is advantageous
