**Introduction**

**Responsibilities**
- Leads the German research team providing high quality research services via our platform
- Drives successful implementation of the global research strategy across Germany
- Works with sales, research and operations leaders to drive high value growth
- Develops, coaches and trains the team on the skills required
- Optimises resources across the research team
- Aligns the types of research we conduct around our core sectors and assets
- Business planning and budgeting for the German research organisation

**Required experience**
- A track record in driving profitable growth in a technology driven insight environment
- Proven examples of leading and managing teams through a period of positive change
- Ability to create impactful research solutions for clients across a range of sectors including specific expertise in the Healthcare sector
- Ability to work accurately and thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Required skill set**
- A charismatic and determined business head comfortable leading change
- Adept at relationship building internally and externally
- Excellent communicator, who can ensure clarity of purpose
- Have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional commercial and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and multitask various projects
- Success-driven with the ability to be flexible and self-motivated
- Excellent inter-personal and inter-departmental skills
- Positive attitude with a solutions-based approach
- Growth mindset to continuously develop skills and knowledge including participating in Toluna training as required
