Tasks

**Responsibilities**:
As Founders Associate Intern you will help shape the strategic direction of Entrix in close collaboration with its founding and management team. Whilst you will be involved in all kinds of strategic topics, you will especially be responsible for the following:
Sharpening our go-to-market approach
- Supporting market analysis, formulating and validating hypotheses and value propositions, writing business cases and creating actionable go-to-market initiatives
- Deepening your market knowledge, transforming your learnings into insightful images and presentations of how problems are tackled today, and how Entrix can help to provide solutions faster and more effectively
- Working closely with Entrix’s management team on daily operational activities

Advancing our product
- Contributing to the product strategy, co-defining its next features, and structuring the long-term roadmap to scale our software and broaden its impact
- Working with engineers, data scientists and designers to understand how our customers use our Entrix software and what they need to succeed

**Profile**:
We’re looking for someone to join our team who shares our passion for greenifying the energy system. As Founders Associate Intern, you should excel in stakeholder management and love to interact with people - customers, industry experts, and colleagues alike. We consider you a great match if you bring the following:

- Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of self-initiative, result-orientation, and strong stakeholder management
- Strong analytical skills, as well as diligence
- You view tech as means to deliver value to our customers. You enjoy working with data and can translate customer value into technical concepts and vice versa
- First professional experience through relevant internships in the field of renewable energy and sustainability, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or start-ups
- Outstanding academic track record preferably in engineering, business administration, or economics
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Very good proficiency in English, additional languages preferable
