About Us We are Logistica OS, an AI-native software company helping logistics teams optimize their workflows. Our mission is to transform how the logistics industry operates, bringing efficiency and intelligence to one of the world’s most essential sectors. After closing our pre-seed round from leading VCs, we're looking for motivated individuals to scale our business. The Role We’re looking for Founders Associate Interns — someone who will take on significant responsibility and ownership right from the start. You’ll lead and support high-impact projects across the entire organization, learning about every aspect of an early-stage start-up. Working closely with our founders and leadership team, you’ll not only contribute your ideas but also help drive our vision forward. Tasks Project management: You will work on various important projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside the organisation. Growth experiments: You will own and drive new growth initiatives that could transorm the trajectory of our company. Build playbooks: You will implement and improve operational processes across the org. Enabling us to scale our business. Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box. Requirements Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Bring first experience from a fast-paced environment, such as a VC backed start-up, consulting or similar. Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to take ownership of impactful projects. Are highly motivated to contribute to building a start-up from the ground up. Exhibit a hands-on mentality and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results. Apply critical thinking and strategic insight to evaluate and implement the best possible outcomes.
