Chief Product Officer/managing Director

justDice is the European market leader in app discovery, running mobile marketing platforms and games in 30 countries. Our mission is to develop software that runs on every mobile device on earth. On this position you will have a full responsibility to lead and run the company together with your co-MD, as we believe in building companies on eye-level between Product/Tech and Business. With your deep understanding of product leveraged by technology and business drivers, you will contribute to the Company’s long-term strategy for maximum value creation.

Output-driven execution will be your top priority based on your excellent skills in product/tech development and team building plus a laser-sharp focus on what's needed.

You will report directly to the 2 Co-Founders.

**What you will do**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of strategy development and product roadmap
- Analyze the market, drive Companies product/tech vision and mission and define long-term objectives, while making sure our product is state-to-the art and have functionalities creating an USP itself
- Lead product and technical teams, plan and execute team resourcing
- Sparring partner to your Co-MD regarding business strategy, company culture, and processes
- Orchestrate the development of new and innovative product features that reach hundreds of millions of users globally
- Develop winning strategies to maintain our/reach market leader position and break them down into hands-on operational tasks for your teams

- Successful track record of driving high performing technology/product teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Extremely analytical, data-driven and well-structured in your work
- Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset - a tech visionary and opportunity seeker in the market
- Strong opinion on how great products and technologies look like, and are a driver of new creative ideas to build and grow product and business KPI’s on a regular basis
- Track record of bringing new products from zero to relevant revenue
- Management level experience in analyzing technical problems and finding solutions
- Naturally create structure, optimize for efficiency and push projects to completion
- Able and willing to coach your leadership team to bring their best performance
- Easily switch between big picture thinking and optimizing details
- Passion for complex technical & logical challenges
- Good understanding of performance marketing, software as a service and advertising business models
- Fluent in English (speaking/writing)
