The internship assignment

You will join an international and diverse team supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and mobility. This internship will allow you to work closely with our field
- and leadership team on various projects, support with daily business
- and administrative tasks and ensure these run smoothly. This internship is based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do
- Learning goals & Tasks
- Working together with the leadership team and make sure that all administrative and organizational tasks run smoothly and comply with deadlines
- Supporting with business planning and forecasting for the German market
- Learning to support with presentations, prepare and verify numbers, as well as compile information for our management
- Learning about internal processes and systems and actively contribute to enhancing them
- Leading process excellence projects and exchange with field teams on a regular basis
- Supporting and coordinating communication with external providers when needed
- Preparing planning and coordinating office space, take care of administrative tasks and function as a central point of contact for different stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills in both English and German and the confidence to communicate with different stakeholders and various management levels
- Collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
- Talented in grasping loads of new information and bringing these into context
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills and pay attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities
- Take initiative and take ownership in projects
- Able to deal with sensitive information and are passionate about integrity, ethics, as well as compliance and ensure processes are being followed
