**Motatos is a different kind of food store, challenging the thought of sustainable consumption. We’re a European grocery e-commerce, aiding the sustainable reform of our food system by giving everyone a chance to save our planet in an effortless way. We partner with food and FMCG companies to save products at risk of going to waste by re-selling them at discounted prices directly to consumers: sustainable, affordable and accessible to all. Today, our shops are open in Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Austria.**

**Working at Motatos, you will join our fight against food waste and contribute to making the world a better place.**

We're now looking for a **Working Student (Werkstudent:in)** in Social Media to join our Marketing team **immediately**. You'll play a key role in building a strong, engaging community across our Organic Social Media channels and helping us expand our reach. This role reports to the Global Social Media Manager.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Community Management**: Take charge of our social media platforms, actively engaging with our audience and fostering a vibrant online community.
- **Content Creation Support**: Work closely with the Marketing team to create compelling content for our social media accounts.
- **Content Editing**: Assist with editing and cutting content, ensuring high-quality visuals and compelling storytelling for all platforms.
- **Trend Research**: Stay on top of the latest social media trends, especially on Instagram and TikTok, translating them into fresh and relevant content ideas.
- **Influencer Support**: Help with influencer research and communication, identifying and connecting with potential partners.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- You're currently **enrolled as a student**.
- You can commit **15-20 hours per week**.
- You're **based in Berlin or Stockholm**.
- You're **fluent in English**; German or Swedish is a plus.
- You have **excellent communication skills**, especially in writing, with a talent for engaging online.
- A natural **feel for social media trends** (especially Instagram & TikTok) is in your DNA.
- You're comfortable **being in front of the camera** when needed.
- You have **first experience in content creation**.
- You bring **creativity, an eye for detail**, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- You're **organized** and have a strong **hands-on mentality**.
