You will be one of our key marketing employees and together we will make Lylu the brand #1 when it comes to bringing our grandparents to the internet. It's early days on our adventure, so you will be involved across many different tasks and take varying roles such as...

**The GRAPHIC DESIGNER - Craft visually stunning designs**
You will bring our brand to life: you'll work on all aspects of our visual design, from social media ads to websites, to create eye-catching, effective designs that accurately reflect our brand.

**The CONTENT CREATOR - Craft compelling content**
You will be at the forefront of our brand voice and messaging: you'll be responsible for generating ideas, executing campaigns, and producing high-quality, engaging content across all platforms from the scratch.

**The POST PRODUCER - Get the maximum out of existing content**
You create short, punchy social media ads from content that we already have, which fit perfectly into our feed. Since we test a lot, you need to find creative ways to reuse the content as efficiently as possible. We provide the content, you bring the creativity.

**The NETWORKER - Build relationships**
You will connect with our happy Lylu customers and other partners and look for additional creative opportunities to efficiently collect further material for UGC content, which can be reused in many different ways. This is the time to show your great communication skills.

**The STRATEGIST - Set the direction**
You will be the mastermind behind our campaigns: you'll analyze market trends, create comprehensive plans, and develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive results.

**The ALLROUNDER - Bounce between various challenges**
You will adapt to ever-changing tasks and get the job done. Whether it be marketing or any other task, you will quickly grasp new concepts and approach challenges methodically, so that others can easily follow your method of problem-solving.

**Your Profile**:
**You don’t need a degree, you need experience.**
We are aware of the importance of experience. You have already acquired some experience in the areas of social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, or similar, through a student job or internship.

**You are passionate about social media.**
We love people who love what they do. For you, social media is not just a job but a part of your life. You know the most relevant social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) perfectly, understand their mechanisms, and can adapt your language to the target audience.
