**We are looking for**:
A new member for our Marketing team at Project A. The team is a group of curious data-driven experts helping our portfolio companies with everything marketing related. Their support covers all areas of Demand Generation and Growth, incl. performance marketing, customer engagement tactics, content marketing, field marketing, CRO, marketing ops, and ABM.

What will keep you challenged?
- Leading the Demand Generation team & supporting our B2B ventures from Seed to Series D
- Analyzing CRM data to come up with high impact demand generation programmes that engage and advance interest across the prospect and customer lifecycle
- Setting ambitious goals, define and improve KPIs and metrics along the buyer journey & supporting the set up of leadind scoring mechanisms to indicate sales readiness
- Working closely with Lead Management, Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, Customer Success and Marketing teams (e.g. customer marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, marketing automation etc.) to orchestrate growth throughout the funnel and maintain a constant pipeline of high-quality accounts and contacts & collaborating with data teams to set up marketing contribution models
- Supporting the set up of the marketing tech stack for our ventures, working closely with the sales and marketing operations teams to build scalable acquisition and nurturing. Tech stack can include Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Leadfeeder, Unbounce and others.

Deliver critical reporting and analysis to fuel marketing optimization

Which traits contribute to your success?
- 4+ years in Growth or Demand Generation, or Performance Marketing and 2+ years in B2B Marketing (Enterprise or SMB sector)
- Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel marketing programmes to deliver profitable growth to target and on budget
- ABM experience preferred
- Experience in managing 6-digit marketing budgets and ability to plan and forecast customer acquisition
- Experience in effectively leading ambitious teams or a network of freelancers and agencies
- Technically proficient in campaign targeting, testing measurement and optimization across various paid and owned channels
- Analytical chops, able to draw insightful conclusions from heavy data sets. Experience using visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or Chartio
- Intellectually curious, empathetic, and driven to solve hard problems. Ability to thrive in fast-paced startups. Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong bias for action & strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
