Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "International Foundation Year" in the north of Bremen as Pre-Degree Program Coordinator (M/F/d) About the role: Constructor University seeks an inspired young professional to manage the administrative and operational requirements of our pre-degree programs. You can look forward to being fully immerged in a highly international environment, supporting and guiding students from all corners of the world. Not only our students, but also our team is also highly international and diverse too. Our close-knit department will provide you with multiple support services and guidance during your onboarding, so that you are optimally prepared for your area of responsibility. Your responsibilities: - Coordinate all academic, administrative, and operational tasks of the programs- Be the main contact between student and academic programs- Represent the pre-degree program to students, university partners and related- Work with the university’s Student and Campus and Learning Management Systems such as Campusnet and Moodle, together with relevant Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point etc.- Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills.- Possess excellent and intercultural communication skills both in English and German- Manage a student representative team to ensure all incoming students are supported Your qualifications: - At least a bachelor’s degree in related field- Proven experience in academic operations and administrative co-ordination- Proven experience in international and diverse environments- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Fluency in English and German language- Intercultural experience with students and working professionals What you can expect at Constructor University: We are an international, world-class private university embarking on an exciting journey of growth and expanding our portfolio.
