Become part of our Constructor Community and complete the team "BIGSSS" in the north of Bremen as a Senior Coordinator Dean´s Office (M/F/d) (part time; 30.8 hrs./week; limited to 24 months) Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences (BIGSSS), an inter-university institution of the University of Bremen (UB) and Constructor University, is one of Germany’s leading graduate Schools in the Social Sciences. Your responsibilities: - Comprehensive support of the Dean, the Vice Dean, and BIGSSS’ Managing Director in - public relations, communications and marketing, - administrative project management of funded graduate programs (DFG, EU), - planning and organizing of academic events, - documenting and organizing of all operational procedures of BIGSSS, - administrative operations of BIGSSS’ Constructor branch, - coordination of organizational workflows between UB and Constructor University. Your qualifications: - Academic background with at least a master's degree (ideally in a field related to the School of Science) - Preferably experienced in one or more of the following areas: higher education / science management or science funding acquisition, Project management and Data analysis - Very good teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience - Excellent MS Office Skills - Experiences in digital communication and the usage of collaborative work platforms - A cooperative personality, open to engage in new topics - Excellent communication skills in English and German (spoken and written) What you can expect at Constructor University: Constructor University unequivocally guarantees the academic freedom of every member of the faculty, as well as every other member of the Constructor University community.
