**International Programs Coordinator (m/w/d)**:
(in Vollzeit, 38,5 Stunden/Woche; befristet auf 2 Jahre)

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Prozessen zur Information, Auswahl und Betreuung von Studierenden, die ein Auslandsstudium an der Partnerhochschule absolvieren (outgoings)
- Beratung der Jacobs Studierenden vor, während und nach ihrem Auslandsaufenthalt (outgoings)
- Durchführung von Stipendienprogrammen (z.B. PROMOS; STIBET I, ERASMUS+)
- (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Evaluation von Prozessen zur Information, Zulassung und Betreuung von Studierenden, die ein Auslandsstudium an der Jacobs University absolvieren (incomings)
- Planung und Organisation der Study Trips inklusive Begleitung der Studierenden (incomings)
- Durchführung des O-Week Programms (incomings)

**Ihr Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
- Hervorragende englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Bereich Studierenden-Betreuung
- Erfahrung im Bereich International Office/Erasmuskoordination wünschenswert
- Erfahrungen im Hochschulmarketing von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Universitäts
- / Wissenschaftsmanagement wünschenswert
- Auslandserfahrung wünschenswert
