- Lead and inspire a team of Business Analysts for Process Automation
- Coach and develop a team capable of responding to changing business needs and priorities, drive continuous improvement in performance and quality according to individual’s level of competence
- Deliver key performance objectives and ensure a high-performance culture along the full product life cycle by delivering highest analysis quality and innovative solution designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success
- Contribute hands-on in engagements and develop transformative and innovative automation products
- Develop strategies to increase the usage of automation technologies across the whole E.ON group
- Take ownership of the P&L and ensure the utilization of your team
- Contribute towards employer branding by enabling your team e. g. speaking at conferences, writing articles and being active on social media

**What you are good at**
- At least 3+ years of professional experience in a leadership role around Business Analysis and/or Process Automation
- Respective knowledge of the energy industry and E.ONs business model
- Significant hands-on work experience in Business Analysis in Process Automation
- Clear vision how to unleash the potential of process automation to accelerate business transformation and growth
- Inspiring attitude and passion for process automation and green energy
- Excellent communication and mediation skills paired with an emphatic enthusiasm and a creative streak
- Significant knowledge and experience in DevOps and agile frameworks (Scrum) as well as experience in hybrid leadership with distributed teams and intercultural work environments
- Strong can-do attitude, a solution-oriented mindset and willingness to innovate
- Fluent in German and English, verbal and written
