Principal, Process Mining

We are looking for a Principal, Process Mining & Finance Automation (all genders) to join the Finance Automation Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your main dish**:

- You will work closely with the teams in Process Excellence, Finance Transformation and Finance Automation to drive improvements and automation in our finance organisation globally
- You will identify automation opportunities (especially for RPA) through our end-to-end processes, Process Mining and work closely together with our Process Excellence leads and functional departments
- You will design automation solutions and manage their implementation together with internal and external stakeholders
- You will promote & identify potentials for automation and improvement through Process Mining technology and ensure that they add business value to our internal customers
- You act as an ambassador for Automation (RPA) and Process Mining and build strong relationships with the Finance functions
- You ensure that Process Mining and RPA drive measurable business value and results

**The ingredients you bring to the table**:

- You hold a university degree in economics or computer/ data science
- You have gained 6-10 years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting and/or a company similar to the complexity and size of Delivery Hero
- You are process driven with a high degree of business stakeholder engagement & relationship building skills
- You have a very good understanding of technology (esp. RPA, Process Mining, AI) and are able to explain complex technical topics to non technical people
- You have a concrete understanding of process architecture and process-system transformation initiatives in large organisations
- You have hands on experience in RPA (UiPath) and Process Mining (e.g. Celonis, Signavio), Data Science and other technologies for Finance Automation
