The Senior HR Business Partner VGSG is the primary contact for global HRBPs and responsible for VOIS center (VGSG) HRBP activities. The role is responsible for initiating and supporting HR-related change measures in the respective departments and thus actively contribute to achieving HR-related objectives and implementing HR strategies. The Senior HR Business Partner drives the harmonization of internal regulations and is involved in national and international projects. The role supports the specialist area in strategic alignment and advises on the associated HR measures. He supports line managers in VGSG regarding VGSG policies and guides global HRBPs

**What you will do**
- Comprehensive advice to managers at E-Band level on all issues relevant to personnel, remuneration and labor law for a defined area of responsibility and in relation to their direct reports
- Responsible for all HRBP related activities in VOIS Center (VGSG) and guiding all international HRBPs through local particularities
- Trusting and proactive cooperation with employee representatives at works council and general works council
- Steering of bigger restructuring initiatives as Single Point of Person for all VGSG employees in Germany and actively designing, managing and supporting the Business units during reorganisations
- Implementation of individual personnel measures concerning the E-Band and support of the E-Band in connection with personnel decisions relating to their direct reports, taking into account labor law requirements, e.g. transfers, regrouping/contract changes, procuration, powers of attorney, parental leave, part-time work, disciplinary measures (warnings, dismissals), negotiation of termination agreements, etc.
- Advising on and proactively implementing and managing regularly recurring HR processes such as vacancy requests, insourcings, performance dialogue, annual salary reviews, people surveys, etc.
- Proactive Talent Management for the support area VGSG
- Active collaboration with the respective management team to develop a ‘people plan’ that both underpins the achievement of business objectives and strengthens employee motivation

**What sets you apart**
- Completed studies in business administration, law or social sciences with a focus on human resources or labour law
- At least 7 years of professional experience in operational support and broad-based HR knowledge
- Very good knowledge of labour and works constitution law
- In-depth experience in advising managers - ideally management experience and in working with co-determination bodies (works council, general works council, works council) on an equal footing
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in managing projects
- Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills
- Strategic thinking paired with conceptual skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Written and spoken German and English (both C1/C2)
- Good understanding of numbers
- High level of initiative and proactivity paired with strong implementation skills

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
