Customer Service Representative

For this particular position, we are working with a well established Customer Support company to find a German Customer Service Representative.
**This position is full-time and will be based in Portugal. Relocation package is included.**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Verifying the implementation of web-based products with customers
- Offering guidance and support to customers on how to use the products
- Running technical and end-user training
- Delivering high quality service to your customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring measures
**Key Skills**:
- Confident communicator
- Good computer skills
- No previous experience required
**Job Requirements**:
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German
- High level of English (minimum C1 Level)
- Minimum education - High School Diploma
