- und Ratenzahlungspläne anzubieten, um den Wunsch nach schnellem und reibungslosem Payment zu erfüllen.

Diese Tätigkeit ist in Berlin angesiedelt, wo Du direkt an unseren Head of Customer Service berichten wirst.

**Womit Du dich beschäftigen wirst**:

- Support per Telefon und E-Mail für unsere Endkunden und Geschäftspartner (eCommerce Händler, Payment Service Provider und Finanzinstitute)
- Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen zu unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen wie Rechnungskauf und Ratenzahlung, Kontenklärungen, Anfragen zum kaufmännischen Mahnprozess und -gebühren, Problemen im Bestellablauf usw.
- Mündliche und schriftliche Recherche von Kundenanfragen
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten Ticketausstellung und Dokumentation für jeden Kontakt
- Kontaktaufnahme mit anderen Abteilungen innerhalb des Unternehmens zur Lösung komplexer Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützung des First-Level Kundenservice und seiner MitarbeiterInnen in sämtlichen Belangen
- Genaue Interpretation und Erläuterung von Transaktionen aus dem Rechnungs
- und Ratenkauf
- Unterstützung bei Anfragen zum Risikomanagement und zur Rückverfolgung von Transaktionen

- Du strebst höchste Qualität im Kundenservice an. Insbesondere positive Kundenkommunikation ist dein Steckenpferd, schriftlich wie mündlich

- Du bist einfühlsam, hast eine positive Einstellung und den Wunsch, unseren Kunden zu helfen
