Employee Complaint Processing for Medical Devices

**Your activities include**:

- Investigation and handling of customer complaints
- Collaborate in reporting incidents to relevant authorities and record safety corrective actions (FSCA).
- Analysis of quality-relevant data for the purpose of market monitoring incl. potential trend development
- Preparation of the monthly complaints routine
- Evaluation of non-conforming products in the context of quality assurance

**What you bring**:

- Completed medical, scientific or technical studies or comparable training
- Professional experience in quality management of a medical device company with class Is/m - IIa/b products desirable
- Ideally, expertise regarding country-specific vigilance requirements (MDR, MDSAP).
- Knowledge of quality requirements (DIN EN ISO 13485, MDSAP, 21 CFR 820 etc.)
- Business fluent English for international communication
- Proficient in the use of data collection systems
- Quality awareness and solution orientation
- Strong commitment, initiative and sense of duty
- Analytical and systematic way of working
