You feel comfortable in an international environment and speak German and English fluently and preferably another language? Does the interface between financial and insurance services, international customers and the corporate businesses sound appealing and full of opportunities? Then we would like to get to know you.

**Your Tasks**
- Define and drive Fintiba’s CRM strategy for all products from a marketing communication and campaign perspective
- Implement data driven CRM campaigns
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions
- Monitor/analyze the results (quantative, qualitative) of local CRM activities and define the obstacles and insights
- Communicate and align with Team Lead B2C Marketing

**Requirements**:

- You have already minimum 5 years of professional experience in the area of digital marketing
- You have minimum 2 years extensive experience with Hubspot (preferred) or Salesforce
- You are also experienced in the technical and analytical side of marketing
- You are familiar with various online marketing tools (e.g. Analytics, Adwords, Meta / Google Ads)
- You have experience with working in agile teams
- You can express yourself well both orally and in writing.
- Your heart beats for digital marketing, international exchange and diversity

We offer an international, professional and diverse working environment in an exciting industry. An attractive salary with regular bonus payments and 30 days of vacation per calendar year await you. A monthly mobility allowance of 50. EUR net, an annual training budget of 600. EUR net, an annual vacation budget of 150. You can work up to 40% of your weekly working hours on a mobile basis within Germany. We provide the opportunity to take workation up to 15 working days per year from EU & EEA countries and Switzerland.
