**Stellenbeschreibung**: Position title: Marketing Specialist - Brand & Customer Activation (M/F/d) Location: Hamburg or Frankfurt area, Germany (hybrid working system) Reports to: Marketing Comms & Activation Manager Contract type: Permanent, full-time Job summary As a Marketing Specialist - Brand & Customer Activation you will be accountable for supporting the development of the Rubbermaid Commercial Products brand communication strategies to build end user demand and market share, grounded in deep chooser and user, product, and market understanding. You will deliver integrated brand activation plans, new product launches and work hand-in-hand with Sales on German customer activation plans while supporting the wider Continental Europe team. Key responsibilities: Brand Communication & Omnichannel
Participates in annual brand planning process to set a fully integrated marketing plan utilizing the marketing mix of advertising, promotions, and trade, working with the Product, Insights & Sales teams.
Owns the German communication plans and works with agency partners.
Establishes clear objectives for brand communication and a vision for short and long-term success.
Manages the regional brand omnichannel digital platforms and activation to support commercial growth objectives.
Brand Stewardship
Activates regional brand activities in accordance to the brand identity and guidelines process i.e. consumer promotion materials, POS, regional PR materials
Reviews regional communication and POS materials to ensure brand ID compliance
Ensures marketing communications and marketing adaptations are on-strategy and consistent
Customer & Channel Activation
Works closely with Sales to create strategic customer Annual Operation Plans (AOPs) including solid activation plans through listings, visibility (web/catalogue), promotion/comms, customer engagement and end user pipelines.
Deliver customer omnichannel activation plans and track success through brand and financial metrics.
Conducts a situational assessment, including analysis of P&L, primary and secondary data across market, end user, and the channel / region.
Reviews the line/catalogue preparation process and works with Sales to drive pre-sell activity with customers.
Attends customer meetings and contributes through working knowledge of the full AOP.
Creates a brand asset toolkit for non-strategic customers to implement in partnership with Sales.
Partners with Sales to plan, drive and measure eCommerce trade plans across our key distribution partners
Insights & Intelligence
Drives the regional Demand Generation & Challenger Sales Model to generate commercial insights, create spark, introduce and confront assets, and work with the Sales Team to deliver the insights to customers in a meaningful way.
Provides competitor, customer, end user, vertical and macro trends input with tangible outputs to the insights and intelligence workstream.
Partners with product team to recommend tactical research needs to inform activation strategies such as end user, pricing and mix analysis.

**Minimum requirements**:
University degree or professional equivalent
3+ years of marketing work experience on a similar position, preferably in B2B sector
Fluent in German and English
Strong communication skills, written and oral
Up to 25% travel required

**Preferred**:
Involved in the successful launch of new products from concept stage through commercialization and in-market success
Experience with digital communication (producing & reviewing digital content)
Knowledge of SalesForce, Google SEO/SEM, AdWords
Proven success in supporting the delivery a comprehensive marketing plan that is integrated across multiple consumer touch points, including point-of-purchase
Experience of working in a matrix multicultural environment
Proven ability to work on and lead a cross-functional team
Knowledge and evidence of successful eCommerce trade plans and implementation would be an advantage
