We are specialists in the SCADA field for renewable energy. Our Specialists ensure great customer satisfaction through proactive service and maintenance, servicing our customers’ SCADA systems, including our own products (OneView), OEM SCADA, Substation SCADA, Servers, and network infrastructure.

As our new SCADA Specialists in the Service team, you will be a key problem-solver, responsible for supporting our customers with highly advanced SCADA issues and ensuring that they always experience high system reliability.**Job category**:

You will join a team of highly skilled Specialists from across our offices in Germany, Denmark, Poland, and the U.S., who have vast experience within SCADA systems and deliver high-end service for our customers on a daily basis.

Your contribution to the team would be your technical understanding of wind turbines and expertise within SCADA systems, providing service and maintenance on a variety of SCADA systems and associated infrastructure for our customers across the German-speaking region.

Your main responsibilities as our SCADA Specialist will be to:

- troubleshoot advanced SCADA issues.
- develop and implement customized solutions tailored to customers’ SCADA requirements.
- 2nd level support on our own products and 3rd party software.
- remote and on-site service support, and 24/7 service support worldwide.

The person we are looking for is motivated by getting their hands on many different types of tasks, has substantial technical insights, and is excited by the idea of working on large and complex projects in an agile and growing organization, working to empower the renewable industry.

We imagine that you have extensive experience working in renewables or the automation industry. Your educational background is preferably a degree as Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and we expect that you have 2+ years of direct work experience with SCADA systems.

You are familiar with communication protocols including OPC, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 104, OPC XML, and serial communication, and you are able to quickly learn and understand the IT infrastructure in different customer set-ups and how to integrate SCADA systems into existing IT enterprises solutions.
