Then we might have an opportunity for you** **Northern & Central Europe> Service Operation> Offshore Plant Engineering** Offshore SCADA Construction is part of Plant Engineering in Service NCE (Northern & Central Europe) and supports the organization in the installation and service of a great number of offshore SCADA systems, controlling medium and large-sized wind power plants. Our job is to turn a cluster of wind turbines into a power plant according to contractual and regional requirements. Our customers can mainly be found among larger power supply companies and professional investors. As OT Security Specialist (M/F/d) you will work on modern OT security solutions beeing a part of an international team responsible for Offshore Plant Engineering Projects. **Responsibilities** - Design and Deploy OT security hardening for offshore wind power plants - Installation, commissioning and testing of OT security solution at the substation(s) according to project layout and contract - Responsibility for security hardening of external 3rd party interfaces and communication systems into the overall SCADA system - Ensure the SCADA system meets the contractual cyber security requirements and handle sign-off of FAT and SAT with stakeholders in accordance with the overall project plan - Provide and maintain documentation for OT security solution, [including working instructions, FDSs, SLDs, training material] - Handle customer communication regarding OT security solution, including answering technical queries, providing technical support, and resolving issues or concerns - Ensure successful handover of construction projects to the Service Organization - Management of OT security scope deliveries in cooperation with the SCADA PM and Construction project team - Evaluate criticality of newly released vulnerabilities for offshore wind power plant - Communicate with vendors about vulnerabilities and mitigations - First point of contact for OT Incident management in offshore wind power plants - Act as direct interface between the SCADA project and the Digital Solutions department with requests, requirements, and review of development projects **Qualifications** - Several years of practical experience with implementation of security solutions within OT/ICS area - Practical knowledge and solid understanding of Purdue model and industrial standards IEC62443 and ISO27001. [Other standards are a plus] - Knowledge and experience with implementation of remote user management - Technical knowledge within areas of industrial automation and PLC/RTU technology - Knowledge and experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for SCADA, network, process control and data exchange related installations - Fluent in English **Competencies** - Professional experience maintaining real-world production systems - Knowledge of project management tools e.g. Gantt chart, risk management, etc. - Motivated self-starter who can see tasks/projects through to completion - Ability to work collaboratively to achieve a common vision and targets - Enthusiasm for communication infrastructure technologies - Role model within the group, with the ability to lead and motivate others while contributing to a high-functioning team - Great stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical groups - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines - Open-minded and proactive approach to solving issues facing the team - Working experience with JIRA is an advantage, but not required **What we offer** We are a team of skilled and committed colleagues, who are enthusiastic about wind energy.
