**Purpose of the Role**

As our new Head of Media & AdTech you will lead a team of Programmatic, PPC and AdTech experts and help them drive digital maturity projects for our strongly growing client portfolio.

With your guidance, you and the team will support our clients on a diverse spectrum of topics with a strong focus on paid media, tech & data within the intersection of data, media, and content.

Exemplary topics are automation, marketing transformation, media in-housing, digital & data maturity and the onboarding of new technologies.

**Key Requirements**
- Daily project engagement management
- Execute digital maturity projects for our top clients
- Drive the cross-functional development of final strategic client solutions & detailed roadmaps to facilitate & progress enterprise-level digital transformation
- As the team lead, you manage & develop programmatic/ppc/AdTech consultants
- Work closely with the sales team to develop new business opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Support and consult with solution design and staffing
- Develop strong, lasting client relationships
- Develop a long term strategic region vision for your capability and team
- Serve as an consulting evangelist and independent advisor to expand wins realized in Digital Transformation and Mar/AdTech
- Shape and execute strategy while supporting in RFI/RFPs
- Think strategically, analytically and creatively about new ways to reach customers and increase relevance

**Key Competencies**
- At least 5+ years of Data-Driven-Marketing & AdTech experience
- Working knowledge of digital media strategy, buying processes and technology platforms
- Knowledge of the GMP is a strong plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel & Powerpoint (i.e. Google Suite)
- German language is a plus
