**(Junior) Specialist Customer Connectivity (all genders welcome) within Supply Chain EMEA**
This is an exciting opportunity - especially for graduates and young professionals - to be part of an international team which drives Goodyear’s B2B E-Commerce across the EMEA region. In your daily business you are the main contact for Customers, Sales, IT and Supply Chain for any questions and topics around Goodyear’s Online Service Portal “myWay” and EDI solutions within our Order-To-Cash processes. Additionally, you will act as Business Process Expert for B2B E-Biz and Interfaces.
**Your tasks & responsibilities**:
- Support our B2B customers on their digital journey when doing business with Goodyear
- Analyse the order behaviours and take action to convince customers of and connect them to Goodyear’s electronic order systems and platforms
- Support cross-functional and regional projects
- Work within the Customer Operations EMEA teams to create or improve processes for Customer Service and Supply Chain and to implement these into our EDI and web-service landscape
- Take over testing with customers or IT and create test documentations before new systems or processes are implemented and go live on production
- Lead trainings for customers and Goodyear associates about our B2B E-Commerce tools and features
**Your profile**:
- Completed apprenticeship, bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Business IT
- Convinced in digitalization with an open mindset for future trends in industry and society
- Strong focus on customer centricity
- Self-motivated, able to work independent and to organize your day in a virtual work environment
- Know how to manage your workforce during busy periods and how to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills and a reliable strong team player who is open for cross-functional, international, and inter-cultural collaboration
- First experiences in SAP ERP, CRM and Backoffice tools are an advantage
- Knowledge in usage of business intelligence tools like Cognos/EDW or Tableau may an advantage
- Good experience of Office 365 or other collaboration and communication tools
- Fluency in English - both verbal and written - is a must
- Language skills in German, Italian and/or Spanish are a benefit
