**About the Role**:
As a Founder Associate you’ll be driving impact within our organization, collaborating closely with our Founders and Management team to optimize key processes and contribute to exciting projects.

**Your Daily Business**:
You will gain deep insights into the day-to-day business of a FoodTech startup and C-Level decision-making while also having the opportunity to work in a hands on manner:

- Provide operational and process-related support to the CEO and Founders Office Team
- Collaborate with different teams within the company to help solve problems and deliver solutions
- Manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously in all fields of the business
- Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports for strategic decision-making
- Support with Investor Relations
- Own smaller legal tasks & processes
- Manage and drive internal processes to streamline workflows and enhance communication flows
- Work on concepts for company events, workshops and improving overall working environment

**Base Qualifications**:

- ** German native speaker** and fluency in English is mandatory due to certain tasks
- Ideally, studies in the field of Business administrations, Management, Finance or related
- Prior work experience of minimum 1 year (as full-time employee, intern or working student)
- Based either in Hamburg or Berlin and keen to come to our offices regularly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and structured way of working
- Hands-on mentality
- Bring enthusiasm for startups

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Being familiar with a start-up or fast-paced company environment is a plus
- Ideally, prior experience as Entrepreneur in Residence, in a VC, consultancy or similar
