**What you will do**:
You will be marketing our SaaS product IQA. In this role, you will be promoting IQA to production and operational excellence managers across the manufacturing industry and define the marketing strategy across all channels. Together with the Sales & Marketing team, you will:

- Lead the development of our B2B marketing & PR strategy in alignment with our business goals
- Effectively steer our marketing budget to achieve revenue growth
- Develop marketing-based sales channels, grow our sales pipeline through a MQL-based approach
- Take responsibility for the planning, coordination and execution of fairs, webinars and all other customer-related events
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams and external marketing agencies
- Prepare marketing and PR materials for online publications or print
- Drive our online marketing, content-marketing and social media activities

**What we expect from you**:

- Several years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in the manufacturing industry or with related B2B SaaS products
- Creative thinking, high attention to detail and ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes
- Ambition to create a professional and outstanding marketing experience
- Enthusiasm to work in a team-oriented, agile and collaborative environment
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
- Willingness to travel for trade fairs and other events (mainly in the DACH region, otherwise this position can be remote, hybrid or on-site as it works best for you)
