We are looking for a **Head of Marketing (M/F/d) **to lead our marketing strategy and manage our experienced, motivated, and upbeat Marketing team in Düsseldorf. **LeasingMarkt.de** is the leading leasing car marketplace in Germany with around 100 employees in Düsseldorf. Part of the AutoScout24 Group since 2020.

**What you'll do**:
- Develop and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage a multi-million EUR annual marketing budget efficiently - across various digital channels
- Lead, hire and develop a hands-on-team of experts with extensive experience in their field (12+ FTEs)
- Take ownership of our marketing teams such as SEO, Performance, Social, Brand and CRM and drive new ideas to get more customers and deliver growth at efficient RoAS
- Oversee the evolution of our Marketing Technology systems to ensure a best-in-class set-up that leverages data & automation
- Work closely together with other stakeholders, such as Sales, Product, IT, Analytics and external agencies
- Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company's strategy
- Nurture a culture of open feedback and encourage your team members to come up with own ideas and to take on additional responsibilities
- Leverage synergies with the AutoScout24 Group's marketing teams
- Report to the CEO of LeasingMarkt.de in Düsseldorf
**What you should bring**:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing, 5+years in a leadership role
- Ideally, you have already worked in e-commerce, marketplace or lead-generation business
- Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or Data Science
- Thorough knowledge of different marketing and media channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Strong analytical skills (including deep understanding of attribution models and customer journeys)
- Empathetic and energizing leadership style: you know how to set up your team for joint success and can provide the right balance of strategic guidance and empowerment
- Great stakeholder management: you know how to set up efficient processes and have a collaborative approach when working with internal and external partners
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and good level of German
- Proactive mindset, hands-on mentality, and a passion for cars
