Director, Quick Commerce Strategy

We are on the lookout for a Director, Strategy & Performance (all genders) to join the Quick Commerce team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Quick Commerce is the next generation of e-commerce, which means fast and convenient delivery of virtually any goods to our customers, from Delivery Hero’s network of platform partner stores and our own DMarts (dark stores). The Quick Commerce Strategy & Performance team is our in-house consulting team responsible for identifying and executing special projects, monitoring financial and business performance and acting as a glue between our central functional experts and regional entities.

In this role, you will be directly reporting to the (Senior) Director of Strategy & Performance Dmarts and closely collaborating with the Quick Commerce Leadership team. You will also have one analyst reporting directly to you and will be leading global projects with other team members.
- You will lead several of Delivery Hero’s key growth and performance improvement initiatives with direct revenue or cost impact
- You will work closely with regional and country leadership teams in defining and executing the business strategy for Dmarts with a focus on driving revenue growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer experience
- You will lead the annual budgeting process for your regions by setting profitability/financial targets and aligning expectations with leadership
- You will drive cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment and maximize synergies across the organization
- You will provide senior management with regular business and project updates and provide ad hoc support on critical topics

**Qualifications**
- You gained at least 5-7 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in a management consulting or investment banking firm
- You have a curious mind and enjoy learning about our businesses in different parts of the globe and building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
- You possess a hands-on mentality and outstanding logical and analytical thinking skills, as well as high attention to detail
- You are highly motivated and communicative, very energetic and independent in handling business challenges
- You have a humble attitude and are open to learn, but also enjoy coaching team members and sharing learnings & best practices
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
