Head of Brand

We are looking for a **Head of Brand for Quick Commerce (all genders)** to lead our global branding strategy for Quick Commerce from our HQ in Berlin
Quick commerce (or Q-commerce) is the next-generation of e-commerce, and as the name suggests, it is all about being fast. We build our own grocery stores as well as partner with local businesses such as corner stores, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and flower shops to give our customers the best choice of products within their closest proximity.
**Your mission**:
- Build and lead the overall branding strategy for Q-Commerce, including Q-Commerce global brands such as Everyday Roastery.
- Become the go-to stakeholder for all Brand topics related to Q-Commerce
- Develop a global communication plan for Q-Commerce, including campaigns and content to be rolled out by our regional and country leading brands.
- Lead Q-Commerce key strategic projects such as our services value proposal, audience segmentation, buyer personas, private labels, etc.
- Use research data insights to build actionable strategies that can accelerate the expansion of our Q-Commerce ecosystem.
- Be responsible for leveraging our brand team’s resources in production, graphic and motion design.
- Provide regional and local markets with global frameworks and playbooks.
- Partner with our Product team to include test and roll out client and partner-centric features in/from our tech roadmap
**Your heroic skills**:
- You have 7+ experience leading international FMCG brands or retailer brands (supermarkets preferred).
- You are a strong communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- You have a track record successfully running a team
- You are able to demonstrate your expertise in growing a business in a highly competitive market, as well as driving growth within new markets.
- You have an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset.
- You are a visionary and passionate, high-impact data based storyteller
**Nice to have**:
- You have worked in an omni-retail business and understand the complexities of the retail market.
- You have knowledge of operations and strategy management.
- You love solving problems for customers.
- Grocery/food experience is a plus
