**Aufgabe**
- Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden und Kollegen im Bereich nicht-aktive Medizinprodukte
- Operative Koordination, Ressourcen
- und Zeitplanung sowie Projektmanagement und komplette kaufmännische Bearbeitung von Kundenprojekten, von der Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung nach marktgerechten Regelwerksvorgaben bis hin zur Rechnungs
- und Zertifikatserstellung sowie Mahnwesen und Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings und Projektgesprächen sowie regelmäßige Kundenkommunikation bezüglich des Projektstatus
- Pflege der relevanten Datenbanken und IT-Tools
- Bearbeitung des Postein
- und -ausgangs sowie der Ablage
- Übernahme kleiner fachlicher Aufgaben in den Kundenprojekten sowie Unterstützung der Spezialisten und Auditoren
- Auswertung von Projekten hinsichtlich der Durchlaufzeiten und Nachkalkulation
- Aufnahme fachlicher Kundenfragen zur Weiterleitung an unsere Experten sowie eigenständige Beantwortung einfacher Kundenanfragen
- Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Bürotätigkeiten sowie von Sonder
- und Hilfsaufgaben

**Qualifikation**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder naturwissenschaftliche Berufsausbildung, alternativ erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium bzw. ähnliche Fachrichtung
- Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Angebotskalkulation und/oder Projektkoordination
- Lösungsorientierung (auch unter Zeitdruck), Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit, Kritik
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie Freude an der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit
- Lernbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent und Planungsstärke
- Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
- Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen
- SAP- und CRM-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
