-Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

HR Business Partner - Retail GAS (M/F/x)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- You are the representative for all HR related topics in the retail departement for the GAS region
- You are also the HR sparring partner for our GAS retail manager and the store managers
- You work closely with the retail manager and continuously optimize our processes
- You conduct employee dialogues and coachings for our store managers
- You accompany the recruitment process with the store managers
- You are responsible for initiating, planning and implementing HR marketing activities in the retail sector (online and offline)
- Building on your existing network, you discover new opportunities and channels for acquiring new employees

**Your Profile**:

- You have a degree in business administration (a focus on HR would be an advantage) or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable and equally generalist role, ideally in a retail or fashion environment
- You work and act independently, pragmatically and reliably
- You embody strong social and communication skills and have an extraordinary sense for business
- You are willing to travel frequently
- You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
