Head of Process Components

**Your mission**:
A future without fossil fuels - that is our mission. Biogas and hydrogen are key success factors for a 100% renewable, decentralized energy supply of tomorrow. Our mission is to replace the combustion engines used today with highly efficient and flexible micro power plants. Thanks to innovative solid oxide fuel cells, we provide 24/7 supply security, enable long-term seasonal energy storage and reduce megatons of CO2 emissions.

Sounds exciting?
- Lead and manage four specialized teams focused on different power plant components, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Report directly to the CTO and work closely on engineering aspects of Reverion power plants, actively participating in the process from flowsheet design to final product implementation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, automation, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration and optimization of power plant components.
- Drive the development and enhancement of power plant systems through deep technical engagement and leadership, from concept through to operational execution.

**Your profile**:

- Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of managing technical teams in an engineering environment.
- Master’s or PhD in Energy Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience, preferably within the energy or process engineering sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics, chemical reactions, and process equipment, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Ideally, experience working with fuel cells and gas treatment technologies.
- Proficient English and German
