Now is the time to support us in making a positive impact as Team Lead (d/f/m) Back Office Operations at Reverion. This is what your work could look like:

- Take full ownership of operations processes, including IT Ops, Finance Ops as well as Office and Facility Managemenet
- Develop and implement long-term operational strategies aimed at optimizing efficiency and productivity, contributing to the growth and maturity of our organization
- Supervise budgeting and resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Lead, manage and grow a diverse team

**Your profile**:

- Completed degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven work experience as Office or Operations Manager (d/f/m) or similar, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Initial leadership experience is a plus
- Excellent skills in multitasking and prioritizing tasks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Working proficiency in German and English (Must-have)
