**Your mission**:
A future without fossil fuels - that is our vision. Biogas is the key success factor for a 100% renewable, decentralized energy supply of tomorrow. Our mission is to replace the combustion engines used today with highly efficient and flexible micro power plants. Thanks to innovative solid oxide fuel cells, we provide 24/7 supply security, enable long-term seasonal energy storage and reduce megatons of CO2 emissions.
- Act as a technical sparring partner to the CTO for new ideas and initiatives
- Oversee task distribution and organization of our R&D team, ensuring efficient project management and timely completion of assignments
- Assist our R&D team with hypothesis-driven research and contribute to important decisions in our product roadmap by bringing in your analytical strengths

**Your profile**:

- Top of your class at a renowned university, e.g. in engineering, applied physics, or similar
- Track record of exceptional engagement and results (incl. university, social initiatives)
- Strong experience working in Engineering teams (preferably in the field of process technology)
- Relevant work experience in a high-performance environment
- Proficiency in assessing and presenting decisions analytically
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about sustainability tech
- Ability to shift priorities quickly and act proactively, while maintaining organization and control
- Proficient English and German
