- **About the Role**:
As a **Sr. Digital Design Lead**, you will play a crucial role in leading the Digital Execution workstream within our Global Production Studio. You will be responsible for ensuring the production and delivery of best-in-class digital assets for our regions. You will provide guidance and disciplinary leadership to the Digital Execution Team, working on CRM Regionalization, Regionalization of owned brand Websets, Digital Media Executions, Wholesale Digital POS, 3P Digital AdHoc Requests, and all kinds of Social Media assets.
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and leadership to the Digital Execution Team.
- Lead the CRM Regionalization process and improve workflows.
- Oversee the regionalization of owned brand Websets and enhance processes.
- Manage the regionalization of Digital Media Executions, Wholesale Digital POS, 3P Digital AdHoc Requests, and various Social Media assets (static and animated).
- Support the entire team during peak times and as needed based on your skill set.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience in Digital Design, with a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or UX Design preferred.
- 2+ years of experience leading a Digital Design Team in various settings (office, hybrid, remote).
- Hands-on experience in the creation of digital content.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JS, including their capabilities and limitations.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong aesthetic sense with an understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and user experience for online and mobile platforms.
- Experience working with Brand Standards Guides is a plus.
- Passion for digital media and staying current with industry innovations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in G-Suite; experience with Adobe Workfront is a bonus.
