Our
**After School Programme (Hort)** provides Primary School students with learning opportunities beyond the regular school day. Sign-Out Assistants in Hort focus on children’s well-being, safety and security each school day during Hort’s afternoon opening hours, as well as during our full-day holiday programming. We place value on the interaction between the child and the adult within our learning environments to promote independence, confidence and initiative-taking in children.

We are seeking a part-time
**Sign-Out Assistant** (M/F/d) - Part Time “Minijob” to join our dynamic Hort Team as soon as possible.

**Be part of Primary School’s Hort**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Working on a regular base from Monday to Friday between 14:45-17:45 (except during school holidays)
- Be a first point of contact for parents and students
- Maintain and track daily attendance of students
- Provide logístical support to external activity providers
- Control access to Hort facilities
- Carrying out programme set-up and closure procedures
- Assist educational staff according to the needs

**Your profile**:

- English and German language proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office and general data management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to quickly and calmly assess situations, process information and act accordingly
- A positive, encouraging working style
- A flexibility, openness to change and solution-orientation as a team player
- Patience, kindness and the ability to prioritize and meet needs of others
