Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung und Optimierung von Analysen zur nationalen und internationalen Supply-Strategie
- Aufbau und Entwicklung der Beschaffungsmarktforschung strategischer Lieferantenpartnerschaften zur Deckung des gesamten Unternehmensbedarfs
- Strategische Steuerung und Gewährleistung von Lieferanten sowie Durchführung eines präventiven und kontinuierlichen Qualitäts
- und Risikomanagements
- Implementierung, Optimierung und Dokumentation der Beschaffungsprozesse
- Schnittstellen
- und Eskalationsmanagement zum Lieferanten und den Fachabteilungen sowie externen Kunden
- Kostenstellenverantwortung für das eigene Team
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Entwicklung der organisatorisch zugeordneten Mitarbeiter

- Kaufmännisches Studium oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Supply-Strategie, Lieferanten
- und Dienstleistungsmanagement
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Procurement
- Führungserfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Management von Veränderungsprozessen
- MS-Office und SAP fachbezogene Kenntnisse
