**Position Summary**:
This role actively supports the team's comprehensive Budget Management process, encompassing forecasting, review and approval, efficiency analysis, performance recap, risk control, and other finance-related matters. By providing crucial support in both strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations, this position ensures effective financial management across all facets of the team's activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Collaborate closely with the business and strategy team. Provide insightful and high-quality financial modeling, forecasting, research, and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Budget Management and Metrics Optimization: Continuously optimize budget management processes. Measure key metrics/targets to support the team in achieving objectives effectively.
- Financial Performance Tracking and Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely tracking of business financial performance.

Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Process Optimization and System Management: Build and optimize financial processes for improved efficiency. Proficiently optimize related systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate business risks.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Execute special ad hoc projects and analyses. Collaborate with the business development team on various initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Strong experience in FP&A or related analytical experience.
- Exceptional analysis, modeling, and research skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- TMT/start-up experience and e-commerce experience preferred.
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis, full view of Finance processes, and full PnL management experience preferred.
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred.
