Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Sciences, Information Management, Applied Mathematics, Business Intelligence or other related fields
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office

Key job responsibilities
- Leverages Customer Fulfillment metrics to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
- Understands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
- Root cause analysis and uncovering core issues using data, then assisting the Fulfillment Center improve and create new measures for site productivity
- Builds trusted relationships with your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions that steer business improvements and cost reductions
- Works with data source providers and technology teams to ensure that key decision data is accurate, automated and timely
- Owns the Financial and operational planning processes to produce a challenging/stretch/bold yet solid operational plan

A day in the life
You will mainly focus on performance metrics of one of the largest Amazon fulfillment center in EU. You will own daily, weekly & monthly reporting, you will be involved in productivity reviews, you will travel across Continental Europe to visit other similar Amazon Robotic centers to understand differences and based on data analysis and your gained knowledge you will steer the Senior Leadership the right direction.
