Deine Aufgaben

  • Du heiĂźt Kund:innen im Club (Concept-Store) herzlich willkommen und stellst sicher, dass sie sich wohl fĂĽhlen
  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner fĂĽr alle mobilitätsbezogenen Themen im Club, organisierst Probefahrten und erklärst den Kunden die passenden Mobilitätsangebote
  • Du hilfst bei der DurchfĂĽhrung von Testfahrten und Auslieferungen der Autos
  • Du organisierst Testfahrten, Arbeitszeiten, Kundenprofile und stellst sicher, dass alle Informationen nach Unternehmensstandards gepflegt werden
  • Du unterstĂĽtzt bei täglichen operativen Aufgaben wie Bestellungen, organisatorischen Abläufen und Hospitality

Anforderungen

  • Du hast Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und Freude am Thema Mobilität
  • Du bist bereit auch samstags zu arbeiten
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1) sowie gut Englisch (B2)
  • Du hast einen FĂĽhrerschein (Klasse B)
  • Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, benötigst du folgende persönliche Fähigkeiten: kooperativ, serviceorientiert, kommunikativ
