Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a **Senior Product Designer (all genders)** to join the** Delivery Efficiency team** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. You will help us create a fast, reliable, and transparent delivery experience for our customers around the world.

You will be responsible for multiple product experiences that connect riders and restaurants to millions of customers every day.

**Your Mission**:

- Drive foundational research to discover unfulfilled needs, define problem statements, and identify opportunities to make our products more lovable and usable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to inform our roadmap and release plans, breaking down highly complex features into simple, usable and delightful user experiences for our users, while releasing those experiences in a way that reduces friction and optimizes conversion.
- Design user-focused solutions that inspire. Bring concepts to life by iteratively creating prototypes at all levels of fidelity. You will leverage existing product, engineering, and research knowledge to identify opportunities to raise the design quality intended outcomes.
- Deliver the most suitable design solutions. You will design data driven solutions, validating them with user testing, and ensuring a seamless live implementation through supporting your engineering peers.

**Your Heroic Skills**:

- Proven experience delivering design solutions, and demonstrated excellence in UX Design and UX Research.
- 5+ years of experience working with UX, UI, foundational research, and direct collaboration with other product managers, engineers and stakeholders.
- A portfolio which demonstrates previous design experience, breadth and depth of design skills, illustrating challenges, methods, roles, and outcomes of featured case studies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and concisely document plans and deliverables

**Nice to Have**:

- Expertise in Figma, and demonstrated excellence in Visual Design and Accessibility principles. Familiarity with data visualization and tracking metris a plus.
- Experience working on a product spanning across multiple cultures / languages, and familiarity with large corporate software product and design development preferred.
- Experience designing with design system components, and contributing to the design system to help address component gaps.
