As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface design of bunch’s platform

**How the role contributes to the company's vision**:

- You will be embedded in a cross-functional product squad, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive user-centered design solutions that balance business needs with intuitive interactions.
- Your work will directly impact how investors engage with our platform, ensuring simplicity, clarity, and efficiency.

**Top responsibilities**:

- ** End-to-End Product Design**: Own the UX/UI design process from ideation to execution across multiple product features.
- ** User Research & Testing**: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
- ** Design System & Consistency**: Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring a cohesive and scalable visual language across the platform.
- ** Wireframing & Prototyping**: Create low
- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.
- ** Design Reviews & Critiques**: Lead and actively participate in design critiques, providing constructive feedback to improve team output.
- ** Design Handoffs & Documentation**: Define a **structured process for handing off designs** to developers, ensuring clearly defined assets, specs, and interactions.
- ** Streamlining Design Workflows**: Help define repeatable, efficient design workflows for wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- ** Design Ops & Workflow Optimization**: Contribute to processes, tooling, and workflows that enable the design team to scale effectively.
- ** Data-Driven Design**: Leverage user data, behavioral insights, and analytics to inform and iterate on design decisions.
- ** Accessibility & Usability**: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and create inclusive experiences for all users.
- ** Automation & Tooling**: Identify and implement **automation** (e.g., Figma plugins, Notion templates, design token automation) to reduce friction in the design process.
- ** Documentation & Best Practices**: Document design patterns, usability guidelines, and workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge-sharing across teams.

**What you should bring with you**:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS.
- ** Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, problem-solving skills, and an ability to simplify complex workflows.
- ** Tools**: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools, along with knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- ** User Research**: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- ** Technical Collaboration**: Understanding of front-end development principles to collaborate effectively with engineers.
- ** Agile & Iterative Design**: Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development cycles.
- ** Communication**: Great verbal and written communication skills to present design ideas and articulate design rationale.
- ** Ownership Mentality**: Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
