**Project** Description**:
Join our team at the Munich Garching office as an Office Administrator, where your efforts are key to keeping our workspace impeccable and our customer service top-notch.
**Responsibilities**:
Accommodates visitors, internal and external clients - Cooperates with other internal departments, such as IT, Security, HR, Financial, etc - Answer questions and address complaints - Acts as point of contact for various office suppliers, such as: post, shipping and mailing companies, office supplies, consumables and equipment, utilities providers, cleaning companies, etc.;
- Coordinates conference room bookings and appointments - Record, file and track all outgoing and incoming courier and sort mail - Manages all matters pertaining to office appearance and utilities - Prepares the workplace arrangements for the new employees - Monitors the space occupancy and utilization and coordinates movements or space reconfiguration and reorganization within the office together with the OPR Manager - Conducts the inventory process in the office - Cooperate with OPR Manager on local facility - Issuing keys to employees and visitors - Order office supplies - Maintaining internal RE&F Systems and processing of invoices - Ad hoc duties as required and directed by your line manager
