Auf die Freundschaft - bist du dabei?
- Als Student Assistant (f/m/d) People Management arbeitest du 20h in der Woche und befindest dich aktuell im laufenden Bachelor
- oder Masterstudium, gerne mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement. Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Personal sammeln.
- Als Teil des People & Culture Teams unterstützt du bei verschiedenen Personalprozessen sowie bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben. Dazu zählen mitunter das On
- und Offboarding von Mitarbeiter*innen oder die Koordination von Gesprächen. Zudem bist du dafür zuständig, Arbeitszeugnisse zu verfassen und allgemeine Recherchetätigkeiten durchzuführen.
- Der Umgang mit MS Office sowie mit MacOS fällt dir leicht. Deine offene und kommunikative Art zeichnet dich aus - und das nicht nur auf Deutsch, sondern auch auf Englisch. Mithilfe deiner selbstständigen und proaktiven Arbeitsweise behältst du in stressigen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf und kannst mit deinem Engagement und deiner Einsatzfreudigkeit überzeugen.- Wir bieten dir
