**About the opportunity**
We are looking for someone to be the first point of contact for our customers and potential prospects. This role requires a motivated individual who can research and understand our marketplace and how we can help organizations improve their digital experiences. As a Business Development Representative, you will interact with customers from various industries and work closely with our sales team to find new business in the DACH Region.

As part of this opportunity, you will attend our training program designed to develop future sales superstars. This program includes hands-on training and multiple levels of learning and skill development, offering more responsibility and earning potential.

**What to expect?**
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers, industry, and our solutions
- Manage campaigns and reach out to new prospects effectively
- Book at least 1 sales appointment per day and input all activities in our system
- Send weekly activity reports to sales leadership
- Collaborate with assigned Account Executives and hand off qualified prospects
- Educate Account Executives on the details of qualified prospects
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for opportunities and pipelines
- Build relationships with decision-makers and key executives across different industries

**What you need to be successful?**
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing (preferably in the SaaS industry)
- A strong team player with a self-starter attitude
- Fluency in English and German
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with large groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive outlook with a drive for visible and measurable success
- Strong listening skills and openness to coaching
- Ability to adapt and be productive in a fast-changing environment with multiple priorities
