As a Scientific Support Specialist (M/F/d) you will deliver excellent scientific support for our customers and other products to our key customers and drive an increase in customer satisfaction. The role will support the achievement of the regional and local annual sales and profit plans by giving advice, guidance, and scientific support on all aspects of the company’s products to both customers and colleagues. The role is an hybrid-based role in Germany (Freiburg/Munich/Dassel) or Sweden (Uppsala) supporting all of EMEA.

Meet with agreed service levels, time scales and standard operating procedures.

Who you are

Prior scientific and laboratory experience with solid demonstrable expertise in molecular and cell biology techniques.
Excellent communication and team-work skills.
Fluent in English and German.
Proficiency in PC computer skills and in Microsoft Office Suite products.

Desired Characteristics
Experience in working in lab/GMP facility.
Experience with genomics, including NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing).
Experience with Western Blotting and Imaging.
Chromatography experience is nice to have.
Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Experience in support role
